As enterprises increasingly use AI to support business management, beyond general business fundamentals this program teaches AI application skills, engage faculty with strong academic and practical experience to teach professional courses, and encourage students to learn in enterprises, laying a foundation for future management careers.

Cultivate ethical and law-abiding citizens
Through curriculum arrangement, enhance students’ awareness of environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance (ESG), introduce UN SDGs concepts, and cultivate sustainable management thinking. Additionally, through legal education courses, the program will foster a law-abiding spirit and provide knowledge of self-protection.

Strengthen Career Competitiveness
Through curriculum design, classroom activities, project writing, corporate seminars, and visits, strengthen students’ practical workplace understanding and adaptability; through professional certification exam guidance and promotion, strengthen employability upon graduation.

Enhance Global Perspective and Vision
In addition to university-required English courses at each year level, this department will guide and encourage students to take professional English proficiency exams and offer English-Medium Instruction (EMI) professional courses for a full-English classroom environment. International students on campus will be invited to share diverse national contexts and cultures to broaden students’ global awareness. Furthermore, this program will encourage students to apply for short-term international school exchange selections and become professionals with a global outlook.
